Care & Use
The kit's products are intended for individual use by the guest and must be stored in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight or excessive humidity.
It is recommended to place them in the room just before the guest's arrival, to maintain a neat appearance and a sense of freshness.
For hygiene reasons, personal care products that have been opened or used are not returnable.
Shipping & Returns
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and quantity.
Shipping is carried out through a partner courier or transport company. For larger business orders, shipping time and cost may vary.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the products have not been used, have not been opened, and are in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned.
