Returns and Refund Policy

At Bourdousis Hospitality, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. For this reason, we offer the option to return products in accordance with applicable legislation and the terms outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day the products are received, without having to provide a reason for the return.

In order for a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging, together with all accompanying documents or receipts.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are also not accepted for personal care products, amenities, cosmetics, hygiene kits, or similar products if their original packaging has been opened.

Products that have been made or customised specifically for the customer, such as custom, private label, or special business orders, are not returnable, unless there is a proven defect or an error in the order.

Return Process

To start the return process, the customer must contact us at info@bourdousishospitality.gr, providing the order number, contact details, and the reason for the return.

Products should not be returned without prior communication and confirmation from our company.

Return Shipping Costs

The shipping cost for returning products is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a proven defective product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform the customer whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds apply to the value of the products and do not include shipping costs, cash-on-delivery fees, or any additional charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@bourdousishospitality.gr, including photos and your order number.

Our company will review the request and, if the issue is confirmed, will proceed with a replacement or refund.
