Bourdousis Hospitality ships products throughout Greece, with the aim of ensuring the safe and timely delivery of every order.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of increased demand or for business/large-volume orders, processing times may vary. In such cases, the customer will be informed accordingly.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 1 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery area and the cooperating courier or transport company.

For remote areas, islands, or special shipments, delivery times may be longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the destination, weight, volume, and shipping method.

For large business orders, shipping costs may be calculated separately after direct communication.

Shipping Companies

Shipments are carried out through cooperating courier services or transport companies, depending on the size and type of the order.

Shipping Delays

Bourdousis Hospitality is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, extreme weather conditions, remote delivery areas, transport company issues, or force majeure events.

However, we make every reasonable effort to provide prompt service and keep the customer informed.

Incorrect Shipping Details

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping details. In case of an incorrect address or contact information, delays or additional shipping costs may occur.
